Please finalise payment within 48 hours once you have received a booking slip from us.

Due to food safety reasons, we do not allow pets on site.

If no sufficient notice is provided beforehand on the day of appointment, we will hold the booking for 30 mins, after that it will be treated as no show.

Each recipe can accommodate a maximum of 2 people, the second person will have to pay $15 extra. The third person has to make another recipe.

For large group bookings over 4 people, please give us a call or contact us visa WeChat or Facebook directly for booking.

Children below 13 would require adult supervision.

The latest entry time varies depending on the recipe you choose. For example, we close at 9pm daily and the recipe you chose requires 3 hours of making, then the latest entry time for you is 6pm.

We can only accept and confirm bookings 2 months in advance.

Any damage to BakeBud's property including furniture and fixtures, equipment and tools, must be paid for.

Full refund is available if cancellation is made 72 hours before the appointment date. 50% refund is available if cancellation is made 24 hours before the appointment date. Every appointment can be re-scheduled twice.
